Joanna Gutmann MCIPD
Jo established her business in 1985 after several years' experience
of the administration and delivery of training courses. Originally
a secretary (mother’s advice so she could find what she wanted
to do!) she initially concentrated on communication skills for those
who work in the office and front-line.
For the past ten years, her work has focused on business writing,
particularly writing minutes and the 'mechanics' (punctuation, business
English and grammar). From the minute-taking training she
has now developed courses in leading and attending meetings.
Delegates appreciate a trainer who has "been there, done that"
and her relaxed and friendly style enables delegates to participate
confidently in their training.
Alex Jones
Alex spent six years with one of the UK’s leading medical
insurers, initially working in administration before progressing
to become the People Development Officer, responsible for the training
and development of over 300 employees including the management team
and overseas operations.
Alex joined Jo in the summer of 2003 to lead minute-taking and business
correspondence courses. She has steadily broadened her knowledge
and experience and has quickly become a favourite with clients in
all sectors.
With her positive and professional manner and boundless energy,
Alex is a lively and approachable trainer who quickly gains the
confidence of delegates.
