If people are to be effective at work, they first have to be noticed. If they are to be seen and heard in tricky situations, they need to have the foundations in place: the general presentaiton of confidence and competence.

Special offer

Very good, well-informed, enjoyable.  Didn’t think I would learn anything new but I was wrong!

Have been given the tools to go forth with confidence in my ward meetings.

Felt able to ask silly questions and get an informed response

Method
