Your booking will be confirmed in writing within three days.

If you cancel the training with more than 15 days' notice there will be no charge.  If the cancellation is received within 15 days of the course, the charge will be 20% of tutor fees plus any expenses incurred.  Courses can be re-scheduled by negotiation with Joanna.

If the trainer has to cancel the course due to circumstances beyond her control, her liability will be limited to refund of any fees already paid by the client for the assignment.

Executive authority is with the client and any advice or information given during the training is given in good faith.  The client shall use his/her own skill and judgement in assessing the accuracy and practicality of any such information.

The fee quoted for the training will cover the necessary materials and tutor expenses.  VAT will be charged at the current rate.

All invoices should be paid within 28 days of invoice.
